At this time we only build sites on the Duda platform (click here to read why). As a result we do not build data(base) driven sites, SaaS apps, Social Networking sites, or LMS. 

If you are unsure whether the type of website you need is possible, contact us and we'll let you know

Once your order has been submitted, our team will review your order, then contact you if we need any additional information.  

If everything is clear on the order form you submitted, you will recieve an email from us to begin the web build process.

*PLEASE check your spam folders in case the emails have gone in there. 

If for any reason we do not feel we will be able to provide you with the website you deserve after you send us the information, we will let you know, and you will not have to pay the invoice.

If the information you provided allows us to build you a great website, then we'll send you the invoice for the work. Once the invoice has been paid, we'll begin work on your site.

If you're on one of our monthly website plans, we will begin work after the first months invoice has been paid

Yes we can! We have an awesome e-commerce product. If you're looking for an e-commerce site, simply go to our store and purchase one of our e-commerce add-on packages

Absolutely! As part of the design process, we will send you a wide range of templates from which to choose from.  This will form the basis of your website, and of course can be customised to fit your design needs 

Our main ways of communicating with you will be by email, or directly through our site builder where you can easily post comments about the changes you want. If needed we will arrange a call with you for clarification

Absolutely not. If after we have finished the build you want to have the website files exported for use elsewhere, simply choose our website export product and we will send them to you for hosting wherever you like.

Please note, that because of the wide range of variables involved in hosting in different places, we cannot guarantee the files we give you will make your site look the same if hosted on a different hosting provider

We have different website support packages that you can buy once your website is built, to give you peace of mind.  

If you choose to make all future website changes yourself, there is no need to buy one of our support packages, you will only need the hosting package.

If you have a favourite plugin that you want to use on your site, send us the details and we will evaluate whether it will work, and integrate it.  

Please note however that while we will provide support for your site, we will not provide support for any plugins that you introduce

If you cancel the service, we will archive your site for 90 days before deleting it. 

Note that if you are on one of our monthly payment plans, you will be immediately liable to pay for any outstanding amounts in full

Yes of course. We simply apply your domain to the site when it's ready to publish.  You can either do this yourself with your domain registrar, or give us your login details so we can do it for you

Yes we do! Besides our core website, support and e-commerce services, we provide a growing range of digital services to give you an end to end digital solution.

We add to our list of services on a regular basis, so check our store, or contact us if you have a paticular service in mind. If we don't provide it, we may be able to refer you to someone who can
